Every customer will be able to monitor requests with the progress provided on the Return Request page.

Manage Reasons for Return, Item Conditions, and Resolutions
Give your customers the option to choose between different reasons, conditions, and resolutions. Our RMA extension lets you create your own option for these fields according to the characteristics of your products.
The extension also allows the customers and admins to edit the value for the reasons, conditions, and resolutions field of the Return Request. But this is limited by the status of the Return Request because the extension provides a config setting that restricts this option based on status.
